The Justice Sunday Arts Initiative presents "Conception," a student-produced play about untold stories of Black innovators, on January 19, 2025, at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center.
The day begins with a community festival from 1 to 5 p.m. along Lancaster Boulevard, followed by the theatrical performance at 5 p.m. at 750 W Lancaster Blvd.
Local high school students collaborate to write and perform this original production, which explores Black history through creative storytelling.
The program, supported by Future Leaders California and other community partners, combines arts education with leadership development while celebrating Black achievement.
