The Children's Center of the Antelope Valley celebrates its new Youth Center with "Youth-Chella," a grand opening festival featuring food, art, music and resources.
Young people ages 16-25 are invited to this inaugural event.
The celebration includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:15 p.m., with festivities continuing until 8 p.m.
